The Idea
From Homo sapiens to Homo promptus.
As answers become easier to generate, judgment becomes more valuable. The Homo promptus develops
the ability to think and work with AI through continuous two-way collaboration: questioning, challenging, refining, delegating and coordinating increasingly agentic forms of AI.
As people move from Assisted to Augmented ways of working, they can design AI-native environments where human and artificial intelligence collaborate across teams, workflows and agents, while humans remain responsible for purpose, judgment and accountability.
That is the idea behind the Homo Promptus programme.
The Programme
Homo Promptus is the human-centred AI transformation programme created by Etikord.
It helps investors, boards, executive committees, business leaders and their teams, as well as professionals, students and educators, move from using AI to developing intentional, responsible
and increasingly augmented ways of thinking and working.
Around the programme, Etikord has built an alliance of independent Business Partners across Europe.
Each founder leads their own venture and contributes complementary expertise that can extend
the transformation when relevant, while the Homo Promptus programme and methodology remain distinct. Together, the Alliance gives organisations access to complementary expertise across the human, business and technology dimensions of AI transformation.
Our Manifesto
Homo Promptus: augmentation by design, intelligence sovereignty by choice.
AI is reshaping how we think, decide, create and learn.
The question is no longer simply whether to adopt it, but who stays the author of what matters.
Two things are worth fighting for: intentionality and agentivity.
We should know why we use AI, what for, and what should remain human.
We remain the authors of our actions, able to question, redirect and decide.
This is hybrid intelligence: human capability enlarged by the exchange, not replaced by it.
Augmentation is a choice. Responsibility is a commitment.
We decide what to augment, what to automate and where human judgment must remain explicit.
That choice comes with clear boundaries, transparency of intent and human ownership of outcomes.
Intelligence sovereignty is the goal.
It means retaining command of our data, decisions, governance and values, while using AI on our own terms and directing that capability towards shared progress.
Homo Promptus exists to make that evolution intentional, responsible and shared.

Homo Promptus Founder & Programme Lead
Etikord Founder & President
A consultant and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, branding, innovation and digital transformation across Europe and Asia.
His career was shaped at organisations that defined modern market, digital and talent intelligence: Forrester Research, where he supported major European companies through the first wave of digital transformation; Mintel, in innovation and market research; Universum, in employer branding and organisational culture; and LinkedIn, in talent branding and data strategy.
He founded Etikord, a platform focused on ethical, sustainable and transparent business models.
As generative AI accelerated, he saw the conversation remain largely focused on technology and automation rather than on how people themselves would need to evolve.
He created Homo Promptus in response: a human-centred AI transformation programme designed to help leaders and professionals develop stronger cognitive capability, think and work intentionally with AI.
MBA in Strategy & International Business, Nanyang Business School (NTU Singapore); BA in Business Administration & Marketing, Bocconi University, Milan. Native French and Italian, fluent in English.
