Homo Promptus is a human-centred AI transformation programme for leaders and their teams.

We develop the human and organisational capabilities required to work with AI intentionally
and responsibly: strengthening judgment, extending cognitive capability

The aim is not AI usage for its own sake. It is to build an organisation where people
can collaborate confidently with AI, where augmentation and automation
are deliberate choices, and where human authorship remains clear.

Homo Promptus is supported by an alliance of independent European Business Partners.

Each partner leads their own company and brings complementary expertise in leadership, executive coaching, organisational transformation, data and decision intelligence, cybersecurity and AI sovereignty. Their role is to extend the breadth and depth of the transformation.
