Focused on inclusion, adaptability, and ethical progress, we empower businesses to thrive in an AI-driven world. We are standing at the dawn of a new era.
AI is not just a tool; it is a transformative force reshaping the way we live, work, think, and tackle the major challenges of our time. Yet, this revolution carries both immense opportunities and profound risks. Without proactive action, many professionals and organisations risk being left behind.

Homo Promptus is our answer to this pivotal moment.
It is not merely a call to adapt, but to evolve. It’s about using AI to amplify human intelligence, creativity, and core values. This is not a simple upgrade, it’s a leap forward, a cognitive evolution.

Generative AI can play a vital role in serving the common good.
This technology can help reduce inequalities, improve mental health, reinforce labour rights, and support sustainable solutions for both the planet and society. But this potential will not fulfil itself. It requires us to face the risks of exclusion, social divides, and ethical drift.

Our challenge is clear: to build a future with AI where ethics, inclusion, and collective progress are at the heart of transformation.

Our team brings together complementary expertise in leadership, strategy, organisational transformation, innovation, sustainability, and digital technologies.

Based in France, Italy, and Spain, we form a European network of experienced partners, committed to supporting SMEs across all sectors. Together, we help them adopt AI in a practical and balanced way, taking into account human,
organisational, technological, and cultural dimensions.

But our support goes far beyond technology. We guide a true evolution
in practices and mindsets,a cognitive, managerial, and strategic transformation,
essential to making AI a sustainable driver of performance and innovation.

Co-founder – Digital Technologies Transformer

After more than a decade of international experience in Asia, I recently returned to France. As a CTO, I have led multicultural teams in diverse environments, from innovation agencies to startups, as well as Citibank’s Fintech venture builder. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between business and technology while fostering a strong digital product culture.

Based in Paris to support my clients, I have rooted myself in Normandy, an inspiring region where I take on the challenge of closing the digital divide in traditional industries. In parallel, I am leading a regenerative agroforestry project on 7 hectares, dedicated to preserving biodiversity and promoting sustainable land management.

In a world “connected yet disconnected”, I advocate for the rise of a new digital humanism, deeply influenced by the spirit of the Renaissance and the Enlightenment. After years of driving digital transformation, I have come to believe that technology should serve humanity and not the other way around. Homo Promptus embodies this vision: combining artificial and human intelligence to build a more responsible, autonomous, and enlightened future.

Co-founder – AI Strategy & Operations Alchemist

After two decades between Europe and Asia, I chose to settle between France, Spain, and Italy. My journey, rooted in digital transformation and innovation, led me to create Etikord, a platform dedicated to sustainable business and consumption models.

Driven by the belief that innovation, when accessible to all, can be a catalyst for societal progress, I now explore the potential of generative AI to accelerate research, transform innovation, and redefine problem-solving.
My mission is to empower individuals and organisations to harness AI, enhancing their cognitive abilities and driving meaningful, lasting impact. To me, Homo Promptus, humans augmented by AI, embodies an essential evolution in how we think, work, and advance.

Beyond technology, my perspective is constantly enriched by human interactions, both professionally and personally. When I’m not delving into the transformative power of AI, I spend time with my two young children, who, in their own way, transform my world every day.

Business Partner – Responsible AI Consultant
Founder of NumEtik

After 25 years as a project director in IT services companies, I founded NumEtik with a deep conviction: digital technologies can no longer ignore their social, environmental, and ethical impacts. My career, at the crossroads of technical precision and major digital transformations, naturally led me to advocate for a more responsible and human-centered vision of technology.

The rise of artificial intelligence has profoundly reshaped the scope of responsible digital practices. Rather than fear or reject it, I chose to integrate AI into a strategy based on sobriety, robustness, sovereignty, accessibility, inclusiveness, and ethics. My approach is grounded in concrete principles: supporting companies in adopting Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) and Corporate AI Responsibility (RAI), while encouraging them to question the impact of each action on the Planet, People, and Prosperity.

Beyond consulting, I am actively engaged in promoting awareness and understanding of Responsible Digital and Ethical AI through higher education, civic outreach, and collective initiatives. My ambition is clear: to help organizations become ethical, resilient, and clear-sighted actors in the face of 21st-century technological challenges.

Business Partner – AI Leadership Development Coach
Nileus Leadership – Director

With over two decades of experience in business and organisational development across Italy, France, and Spain, I work alongside leaders and teams who believe that leadership is much more than performance management. I’ve witnessed executives rediscover their authentic voice, fragmented teams realign around a shared purpose, and organisations shift from reactive cultures to ones that anticipate change.

My approach is rooted in intercultural leadership, the balance between being and doing, and practical application. Whether supporting leaders or executive teams navigating complexity, my focus is on sustainable change that generates impact in both personal and professional spheres.

Leadership is the practice of becoming more self-aware and acting with greater intentionality. I believe that leadership in the age of AI means amplifying human potential, leading with awareness, integrity, and courage to co-create a future where intelligence is the augmented synergy between human and AI.
