Our Manifesto
Homo Promptus: Augmenting Individuals in the AI Era
We are standing at the dawn of a new era. AI is not just a tool; it is a transformative force reshaping the way we live, work, think, and tackle the major challenges of our time. Yet, this revolution carries both immense opportunities and profound risks. Without proactive action, many professionals and organisations risk being left behind.
Homo Promptus is our answer to this pivotal moment. It is not merely a call to adapt, but to evolve. It’s about using AI to amplify human intelligence, creativity, and core values. This is not a simple upgrade, it’s a leap forward, a cognitive evolution.
Generative AI can play a vital role in serving the common good. This technology can help reduce inequalities, improve mental health, reinforce labour rights, and support sustainable solutions for both the planet and society. But this potential will not fulfil itself. It requires us to face the risks of exclusion, social divides, and ethical drift.
Our challenge is clear: to build a future with AI where ethics, inclusion, and collective progress are at the heart of transformation.

Our Mission
Augmenting individuals and organisations with AI to drive progress for all
Amplify organisational impact through human-centric, inclusive, responsible and purposeful AI adoption
Our team brings together complementary expertise in leadership, strategy, organisational transformation, innovation, sustainability, and digital technologies.
Based in France, Italy, and Spain, we form a European network of experienced partners, committed to supporting SMEs across all sectors. Together, we help them adopt AI in a practical and balanced way, taking into account human, organisational, technological, and cultural dimensions.
But our support goes far beyond technology. We guide a true evolution in practices and mindsets,a cognitive, managerial, and strategic transformation, essential to making AI a sustainable driver of performance and innovation.

Co-founder – AI Strategy & Operations Alchemist
After two decades between Europe and Asia, I chose to settle between France, Spain, and Italy. My journey, rooted in digital transformation and innovation, led me to create Etikord, a platform dedicated to sustainable business and consumption models.
Driven by the belief that innovation, when accessible to all, can be a catalyst for societal progress, I now explore the potential of generative AI to accelerate research, transform innovation, and redefine problem-solving. My mission is to empower individuals and organisations to harness AI, enhancing their cognitive abilities and driving meaningful, lasting impact. To me, Homo Promptus, humans augmented by AI, embodies an essential evolution in how we think, work, and advance.
Beyond technology, my perspective is constantly enriched by human interactions, both professionally and personally. When I’m not delving into the transformative power of AI, I spend time with my two young children, who, in their own way, transform my world every day.

Mathieu François
Co-founder – Digital Technologies Transformer
After more than a decade of international experience in Asia, I recently returned to France. As a CTO, I have led multicultural teams in diverse environments, from innovation agencies to startups, as well as Citibank’s Fintech venture builder. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between business and technology while fostering a strong digital product culture.
Based in Paris to support my clients, I have rooted myself in Normandy, an inspiring region where I take on the challenge of closing the digital divide in traditional industries. In parallel, I am leading a regenerative agroforestry project on 7 hectares, dedicated to preserving biodiversity and promoting sustainable land management.
In a world “connected yet disconnected”, I advocate for the rise of a new digital humanism, deeply influenced by the spirit of the Renaissance and the Enlightenment. After years of driving digital transformation, I have come to believe that technology should serve humanity and not the other way around. Homo Promptus embodies this vision: combining artificial and human intelligence to build a more responsible, autonomous, and enlightened future.

Business Partner – Responsible AI Consultant Founder of NumEtik
After 25 years as a project director in IT services companies, I founded NumEtik with a deep conviction: digital technologies can no longer ignore their social, environmental, and ethical impacts. My career, at the crossroads of technical precision and major digital transformations, naturally led me to advocate for a more responsible and human-centered vision of technology.
The rise of artificial intelligence has profoundly reshaped the scope of responsible digital practices. Rather than fear or reject it, I chose to integrate AI into a strategy based on sobriety, robustness, sovereignty, accessibility, inclusiveness, and ethics. My approach is grounded in concrete principles: supporting companies in adopting Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) and Corporate AI Responsibility (RAI), while encouraging them to question the impact of each action on the Planet, People, and Prosperity.
Beyond consulting, I am actively engaged in promoting awareness and understanding of Responsible Digital and Ethical AI through higher education, civic outreach, and collective initiatives. My ambition is clear: to help organizations become ethical, resilient, and clear-sighted actors in the face of 21st-century technological challenges.

Business Partner – Leadership & Organisational Transformation
With an international background in financial markets and over fifteen years working alongside executives and multicultural teams, I have learned that within organisations, transformation depends less on methods and processes than on the clarity of leadership and alignment with teams.
It is also for this reason that I view technological developments not as disruptions, but as opportunities to go further. As a teenager, I explained to my grandmother that calculators did not prevent us from learning; they allowed us to go further. Thanks to them, we could engage with logarithms, econometrics and integrals. AI follows the same logic. It takes nothing away from our intelligence; it expands our capacity to act.
It is this conviction that led me to join Homo Promptus. My ambition within the collective is to help leaders gain perspective in this new era, create the necessary distance from increasingly complex challenges, and dare to think differently. This means stepping outside established frameworks to rethink models, turn strategic clarity into concrete action, and make AI not a source of confusion, but a true amplifier of human and collective intelligence.
Outside of work, I draw my strength from my two children. They give deep meaning to my life and remind me every day that transformation is a continuous movement. I also find this balance through yoga, sea rowing or mountain biking — practices that allow me to remain firmly grounded, attentive and adaptable to whatever may emerge at any moment.

Edurne Imaz Amador
Business Partner – AI Leadership & HR Consultant
With over twenty years of international experience in HR and organisational development across technology, luxury, and industrial sectors, I have worked with leaders and teams across EMEA to align business strategy, talent, and culture. My career has taken me through complex, multi-stakeholder transformations, from post-merger integrations and HR redesigns to large-scale leadership programmes, always with one purpose: turning change into growth and confidence.
What I have learned resonates deeply with the Homo Promptus philosophy: AI adoption only works when people feel safe to try, to ask, and to learn together. My mission is to make AI a people topic, connecting technology with skills, leadership, and collaboration, so that organisations move from hesitation to empowerment. I help organisations turn AI adoption into human progress, fostering clarity, dialogue, and responsible leadership that liberates energy and trust. My approach blends coaching, culture, and talent to turn transformation into growth.
Beyond work, I find harmony in music. Singing gospel and swing on stage reminds me every time that trust, rhythm, and resonance are what turn individual voices into collective strength.

Business Partner – Digital Strategy & Data Governance
After years of working with major players in the IT sector, I became acutely aware of a recurring challenge: many organisations struggle to reconcile systems and information. This realisation marked the beginning of a journey that still guides me today, exploring how to address data challenges in order to generate truly valuable insights.
From founding Getzem to raise awareness around data protection in the late 2000s, to launching Role9 to accelerate data literacy and digital transformation, I have remained committed to helping professionals understand and harness their information assets, with a strong focus on data.
This focus revolves around three essential pillars: protection, valorisation, and governance. My work primarily targets C-level executives, helping them recognise that better data leads to better decisions.
Today, I support companies in evaluating their data capital to unlock the potential of data-driven technologies. I promote AI not as an end in itself, but as a catalyst for a more insightful, responsible, and resilient way of enhancing human capability.
Homo Promptus resonates deeply with this vision. It’s about equipping people with the tools and mindset to become data-augmented thinkers, capable of navigating complexity with clarity and purpose.
When I’m not designing data strategies or coaching organisations, you’ll likely find me curating meaningful
digital initiatives, writing about information culture, or advocating for the DIKW (Data–Information–Knowledge–Wisdom) model as a compass for the AI age.
